6-Point Checklist for a Great Event

Set up your Virtual Tea Page

This couldn't be simpler! Just go to Register and enter in your details. Add your own story and some photos if you want to personalise your page or keep the template that is all done for you. Your fundraiser tea page includes a Thoughtful Treats Cafe Menu where your supporters can 'buy' delicious goodies!

Don’t forget to invite your friends, family and colleagues. If you are hosting an online party you can invite far more people than you could fit in your house/office or garden!!! We have editable Drink Tea Invites in Host Resources where you add your information and email it directly to your friends.

Whether you are organising an online event or just setting up a page we need you to share, share and share!!! There are editable posters in Host Resources which you can post up on your Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. It's so important to get the word out so people buy from your Virtual Cafe and are inspired to set up their own pages.

Sweet Talk

Use your baking skills that you have gained from lockdown! Challenge your friends to a bake off. Supervalu have very kindly provided us with our own Drink Tea Recipe Booklet, check it out in Host Resources and send us this pics of what you have made!

Fun and Games

You can still have entertainment, music, games and activities when having a virtual tea party! You could even throw an online quiz or raffle in for good measure! Also don't forget to decorate your house with our lovely Drink Tea bunting in Host Resources - print, cut out and stick it up! The possibilities are endless...

Have Fun and Fundraise!

Once again this year we can't have the big tea parties we love but we can still make this a big success by thinking outside the box. The options available go from very simple (set up a page and share) to going all out with a virtual event that might include a theme, a bake off etc etc. Host it your way this June.
